This Advent Season we’re talking about Hope. But not just any hope; the only hope worth having – Unearned Hope. We’re are lucky to live such privileged lives. Compared with people around the world and throughout history, we have one of the most comfortable existences ever. Yet, there is something blinding about comfort, numbing about wealth, and hopeless about materialism. This season we are returning to the bones of Advent. The longing that Jesus satisfied and discovering that the only hope worth having is in unearned things.
